At every exhaust system is handcrafted and inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and performance.
Please read the following Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom-made or special-finish products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking process.

AEW India reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product shipped by AEW India
  • Major transit damage reported immediately upon delivery

To qualify for return inspection:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must not be modified or installed
  • Original packaging should be retained wherever possible

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed exhaust systems
  • Products damaged during installation
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Products modified or altered by the customer
  • Clearance or discounted items unless defective
  • Products with minor handcrafted finish variations

Sound preference, change of mind, or expectation differences are not considered valid reasons for return.

4. Transit Damage Claims

Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

  • Inform the delivery partner immediately
  • Contact AEW India within 24 hours
  • Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

Claims reported after installation or delayed reporting may not be accepted.

5. Return Approval Process

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by AEW India.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order details
  • Photos/videos
  • Description of the issue

AEW India reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject return requests after inspection
  • Offer repair, replacement, or partial resolution where applicable

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed only after:

  • Product inspection
  • Verification of return condition

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Shipping charges, transaction fees, and installation costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by AEW India.

7. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage

AEW India will not be responsible for products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.

8. Installation Responsibility

Products damaged due to:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect fitment
  • Unauthorized modifications

will not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

9. Policy Updates

AEW India reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
